We want you to be fully satisfied with your Lofree Flow 2 typing experience; if you are not completely happy, you may return your keyboard within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange. All returned items must be in their original packaging and in like-new condition to qualify for processing.

Securely pack the Lofree Flow 2 keyboard in its original box, including all accessories, cables, and manuals provided at purchase.

Affix the provided shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location, ensuring you keep a copy of your tracking receipt.

Inspection and Refund

Once our warehouse receives and inspects your return, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5 to 7 business days to your original payment method.
